Making Soap with caustic soda

Caustic Soda is known as sodium hydroxide and the chemical formula NaOH, is used in many industries. One of these industries is the sanitary industry, which is used in the production of soap from Caustic Soda.
But here we want to teach how to make home-made soap simply, if you need to have soap in urgent situation when you do not have access to soap.
Materials required for home-made soap
- Animal Fat
- Caustic Soda
- A tool to stirring
Have a container to make the mix in it (beaker)
And edible colors, if you want to color the soap
Description of the test of making soap at home
First add some lukewarm water to the beaker and then add a Caustic Soda to it.
Note that you first add caustic soda to the water, not water, because if you first add water to the effluent (caustic soda) or any other alkaline substance, it will cause a small explosion.
Another thing, be careful while you are using caustic soda because it is corrosive chemical substance.
Then stir the prepared mixture and heat the fluid mixture of animal fat with a very gentle flame. To heat, you can use a gas flame or heater.
After heating, when the mixture is flushed, you can add the desired colors and put them in molds to form and let it cool.
After that the soap material was cooled and solid in shape, you can separate it from the molds.
So your home-made soap is ready and u can use it.
